So I'm on the original Xbox One, I couldn't care less about looks in terms of my question. How do I max out my FPS and how do I reduce lag? I'm already hard wired and yes, I know the servers are WAY over due for a hardware update

I never understand the pseudo tech analysis when you have no idea around the technical architecture they have in place. Also you cant affect it.

I'm on Xbox, both old and Xbox One X and get decent FPS - odds are you have other problems than 'servers' get all that sorted as best possible first before. LAN, clear Xbox cache, clear ESO save cache etc
