Looking for a trading guild

Hi all,
I have made new char with the purpose of dedicating it exclusively to crafting and trade. As such, I am looking for a dedicated trading guild, which is also new player friendly. No combat and no illegal activities such as thieving, etc.
If help or tips with crafting is provided, it would be excellent but it certainly isn't required.
