No it wont be dead, it will be a bit more annoying but nothing more than that.

The only thing that could hinder people using vamp is that oils are getting a 30% damage buff along with all other sieges so fire damage from sieges which already hurt like hell outside of ball groups will be even worse now which I am fine with, more damage to zergs the better.

A lot of PvPers will be dropping vampire and running Race Against Time in place of Mist, but vampires will still have their niche. Hopefully we'll eventually get a full vampire skill line...

I personally wouldn't be a vampire outside of rp, gankblade, or tank...too much fire and FG skills in play.

Sure, if the vamp doesn't pay attention - they'll melt just like before. If they have a fraction of situational awareness, they should do/be fine.

I cured Vampirsm yesterday. I noticed no discernible difference. You don’t really need Mist Form if you can stack shields and heal. Then again I’m about the only shield stacking Magplar in the world so ... yeah.

Probably, if the buffs are significant. Dragon Knights already cut through a vampire's health like hot knife through butter. If they increase it anymore - people will likely say to hell with this.

To be honest - the damage in PvP right now is already through the roof and quite ridiculous. The last thing this game's PvP needs is buffs to damage.

There is. It's only barely worth it now in PvP as it is. If they cripple it anymore I imagine people will just opt to go werewolf instead - which is really good right now in PvP.

No, but in BGs getting hit by DBoS + infused prismatic enchants hurts like hell. Add here scorch and you're pretty much one-shot target.

I doubt dk will make it worse though.

For medium armor stamblades and light armor magblades vampire will still be okey I suppose since their mitigation is mostly through evasion. And what doesn't hit you doesn't do extra damage. For shield stacking sorcerers Vampire is okey since shields don't take the extra fire damage.
That said, on my PvP tank the extra fire damage was extremely noticable. I wouldn't recommend vampire for brawler builds/tanks.

DK's are also losing reflection on wings(thank god) so I think vamps will be fine.

Vamp is already dead in pvp because so many people run prismatic enchants and Dawnbreaker just to screw over the vampires.

I changed from vampire a while back- but it wasn’t because of fire damage. It was because of DBoS.

Dk fire damage and the newly buffed DBoS will surely keep me from using vamp on anything but a magplar that needs mist form or a magblade that needs the stealth speed for ganking or bombing. Then again I wouldn’t run vamp on anything but those two classes on live so it will be about the same for me.
