So i read somewhere the honorguard motif release the 15 of may, is it for pc only or console too?

The Elder Argonian motif started dropping on all platforms at the same time. It's possible that it will be the same for Honor Guard.
Guess we'll soon find out.

It drops from Blackrose Prison and has nothing to do with events.

Also, the anniversary event is the only Q2 event, there won't be one in June. Midyear Mayhem is usually in late July.
