Quality of Life Changes in Elsweyr?

With the new expansion around the corner I am curious if any quality of life changes have been made.
1.Being dismounted in 2 feet of water (pretty sure horses can swim)
2. Wayshrine Tax prices still scaling based on travel frequency in a game with no flying?
3.Glitches with NPC when questing with friends to share a story with. (way to complicated for a game with thousands of quests)
4.Severe lack of collectible mounts from in game content.
I am a returning player and started originally with the beta, these issues still exist and am curious why?

OP betting just came from WOW *** game of all MMO's

ESO is awesome, except for >>>>>>

PVP, way to laggy, expecially during big battle's

Some of the lag is player induced, not saying which faction but all of us know its the most popular faction because of

streamers, and children = 10-24.

There are way to many problems to even mention in pvp.

I don't believe zos does much but chase problems they cause by trying to fix anything.

The non watertight mounts is an joke more so as the water you can handle depend on your character height.
Yes, its a bit weird and an Bosmer nerf. So an Altmer on an cat mount can handle deeper water than an Bosmer on an horse or camel. even if the poor cat would be pretty much underwater while an camel would have water up to their knees.
Stupid on so many levels.

You have the indrik mounts now, three left to collect.
Wayshrines, just use them and travel to guild mates .

I think that all those issues are worthy of addressing at some point. They're not as critical as, say, Group Finder or something. But that doesn't mean they aren't a problem.

I agree witht he horse dismounthing and the lack of collectable horse trought the gameplay. At least for the sub. The only horse I do have are the one from pre-commanding the collectable edition both, pre-beta and elsweyr

Ingame keybindings & controller configuration for ps4/xbox is a QoL I wish for.

You can travel for free from wayshrine to wayshrine. You can also travel for free to a guildmate or friend and it will place you at nearest wayshrine. The only time you pay is to travel from exactly where you are to a specifically chosen wayshrine, but that is just a goldsink for the inexperienced. You are never very far from a wayshrine. Just walk/run/ride to it. I don't think I have paid to travel in 5+ years. Travel is fast and cheap once you get the hang of it.

Not quite true. Many spots take quite a bit of travel to get to a wayshrine. Though a guild member is almost always near a wayshrine someplace. I just hate the extra work that requires just to save some gold.
