Personally, I enjoy the criminal aspect of this game to its fullest and have spent several years roaming Tamriel, stealing and murdering. I decided to compile a series of guides with the best locations to steal and the best paths to follow (by my personal experience). This is, let's call it, guide part 1 where I will explain the best paths in a somewhat popular spot, Balmora.
