PVP BATTLEGROUNDS MATCHMAKING IS STILL BROKEN!

Can someone explain to me why on earth I cannot play battlegrounds PvP with my friends in a group? We get the accept request a million of times for sometimes 2-3 hours straight, where we end up not playing at all because the queue doesn't work! How long is this crap happening?! It was exactly the same *** 1 or 2 years ago! CAN A DEVELOPER EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!?
Come in and tell me what is wrong with your game and when you will actually FIX IT! The game is unplayable, we cannot get into a match for several hours, why is that happening? I am more than sure that this post will be ignored by ZeniMax just like many others that mention this issue, pathetic.
My friends left the game because of this utter *** that is never being fixed. Are you going to ever fix the matchmaking? Or I can safely uninstall the game forever? What a joke, a triple AAA game with such problems being ignored for years.
