PvP BG Died at spawn

So I am playing BGs and I get killed I spawned at my base with half health and got hit with 3 ranged attacks and died again, but could not rez. This isn't the first time. I have spawned before with dots still on me and even attacks still landing. What is the deal? I have a video if you want to see.
