Long load times and glitchy dungeons

Hi all,
I have been waiting for a dungeon to load for twenty minutes and am just about to restart my console. The past few days when I have been in dungeons I have experienced glitches, mainly in crypt of hearts 2 but also in others. I will get "feared" by a boss and end up stuck in a wall or behind a pillar. Or I will get blasted through a wall into an alternate dimension full of pixelated nothingness. It's so annoying I have been repeatedly trying to do this pledge but crypt of hearts 2 is completely bugged for me. Considering I am queuing for a dungeon for over 30 minutes it's beyond a joke. Anyone else having similar issues?
