I have no "Live" folder and I can't fix it.
I don't have "live" folder and I've tried everything to find/fix it, but to no avail. Every time I log into ESO it's like the game doesn't remember me; I have to agree to the privacy statement every time, I have to watch the ESO alliance battle scene video, and ESO doesn't remember my username even if I check the little box. Over the past three day's I've tried every solution I could find on the internet to fix it and nothing appears to be working. I use to play ESO but quit playing about three years ago and I remember having addons and being able to find the right folder for them. But now I'm having issues.
Things I've already tried:
1. Looking in C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online. Nothing here.
2. Looking in C:/Users/UserAccountName\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online. Nothing here too.
3. Searching my entire computer for a live folder to see if it got misplaced somewhere. It doesn't exist.
3. I've tried uninstalling the game and redownloading it three times over the past three days. it didn't work.
4. I've repaired the game about 5 times. This also hasn't worked.
5. I've whitelisted ESO with my antivirus protection software, allowing it to make changes to my PC and bypass my firewall. Still doesn't work.
6. I've tried creating my own "Live" folder in both my program files x86 folder and in my documents (because at this point why not??). Still nothing.
I stopped playing ESO about three years ago because of all the technical issues I was having with it. I was basically forced to quit because the game just stopped working. I was hoping that things would be a little better coming back but I guess not.
