PC EU Server Meltdown

Hello,
I'm experiencing very high latency, 999+ and very long loading screens on PC EU server this evening.
I asked friends and guildies if they have similar issues and they say they do.
Anyone else experiencing the issues ?
We were promised server upgrade, it looks like it didn't change much.

I've been playing overland and in delves the last hour or so without any issues.

Where are you in the game, and in the real world?

Earlier this afternoon I was in a vet dungeon and was disconnected. First attempt to log back in got me an error message saying account already logged in. After that I was able to get back in the game. Activity finder was a mess all day long though.

Guild Store and Guild Bank may as well not exist the time it takes waiting on a request...

I'm in Malabal Tor.

I'm not near the server.
Though friends & guildies who are near it are having similar issues.
A group got wiped twice in a dungeon due to lag.

I tried to do crafting writs and even turning in writs has taken a very long time.
The lazy writ addon kept trying to open crates even though my inventory was full lol

I've had lag spikes (999+) several times the last couple of days. Usually it's 3-8 minutes at a time, and every action I do takes 3-4 seconds before registering.

Yeh I noticed today my ping was 400

While doing writs this morning the game just froze up, everyone just standing still. Not able to use the crafting stations etc.

Logging out and in again fixed it. Server has felt extra flakey today.

Yea at least we get some *** stuff happening, like when summoning winged on sorc my char keeps running with her arms extended (like jesus in the cross lool) and never summons the pet until I press another skill, hilarious. Other is DK wings following me around on the ground... Fail.

I didn't bother alerting them by name since it is Saturday.
I don't think they will respond, at least not until Monday.
