Other then the red banner information, can you provide a more comprehensive explanation of the situation? Cause and Time? If you said your servers were on fire and its going to be at least 12 hours to fix.. I would say, wow that stinks but I would understand. What I can't understand is the lack of communication from you besides repeated posts of SOME players are having issues. It's not just some of the players having the issues, its most of us and.., its ESO/PS4 NA having them, we the players are just trying to deal with the fallout of that.

We are not able to provide further details on why the PS4 NA megaservers are experiencing issues at this time. We will post updates as we receive them regarding this situation.
