Item Missing from Kari's List-PC-NA server

I am trying to get the Treethanes in Greenshade-Mages Guild for the Despoil the Dominion and it is not there. I have looked in my bag and bank with no clue as to what happened to it. Can you please reset item? I am looking to acquire the Master Thief title. I have attached a screenshot of the table the item is suppose to be on. TIA61weck3hmqhw.jpg

    you must go back until it is there. evidently someone got it and it has to go thru it's timer thing. just hound the crap outta that place and you will eventually get it.

    Thank you for your response....but I thought it was a personal quest....that it is always there for the individual not a shared item with others.....or so I have been told by numerous folks in my Guild that have more knowledge than I.

    So....even though I go back to the area....the item is not there...regardless of the amount of time I sit....as this was my first thought and I sat there for at least 30 mins. until I asked my Guild....and went here to submit my request for help.

    It does not seem that there is a direct way to communicate with support...just this forum....and it is actually frustrating. No response from an actual ESO support member....Like what am I suppose to do? Except say "whelp, no title for me!" and not give them anymore of my money and just use out what I have already paid for. What actual options do I have?

    Actually turns out there is a way to contact them directly.....when you cancel your membership....who da thunk it! LOL
