How is the Standard Edition set up?

Do I get individual codes for each chapter/dlc, or is it all one code? I only have the base game, and am looking for the cheapest way to upgrade to Elswyr with all the other chapters not included in ESO+. Ideally, I'd love to get the standard edition, use the DLC codes on my account, but give the base game to a friend to allow them to play as a new player. Is this possible?

If not, what is the cheapest way to upgrade to Elswyr with both Morrowind and Summerset considering I am an ESO+ subscriber and plan to continue doing so?

* That should have read the ESO Collection, not Standard. Sorry. Also, I don't have the steam edition. I use the native launcher.

No guarantees, but there’s a high likelihood that ZOS moves Summerset to DLC status shortly after Elsweyr releases (June).

If that ends up being true, you would only need the Elsweyr upgrade, @taylorhillb14_ESO ... since ESO+ covers all your DLC needs.

Also note that account sharing is officially against the terms of service. However, your friend could get in on an upcoming free to play weekend ... and test it out that way.
