    I think OP may be mistaking Overwhelming Surge (a DoT from the same name set) with Lightning Form, which is a Sorcerer class skill with the same icon? That would mean the same player would have been 2 different classes at the same time.

    I thought I didn't recognize the name of the skill from the sorc toolkit. I guess that would explain it. Icons can be deceiving.

    Not reflected then but just damage dealt.

    There are a few icons that are reused, you see it from time to time in things like death recaps.
