Question regarding Sealed Jewelcrafting Writ

I accepted a Sealed Jewelcrafting Writ, but kind of forgot that the trait I need for it still has 15 days left to research.
Q: If I abandon the quest, will the Sealed Jewelcrafting Writ show up in my inventory to accept later?
I'd like the quest log space for reasons.
