bg/dungeon queue broken

Just started up but have had 100+ failed "someone has declined in a row. Ive tried restarting client, leave queue requeue ect nothing changes. Is anyone else having this happen now?

Had a few declines, then loaded into a completed dungeon.

queue system is broken, it's always been broken, but it gets worse during peak hours.

Only when overloaded. Had very few issues with instance finder (member since early acces)
Just do what you do and try again latter.

same issue. Tried to get in with a full party and constant declines. Gave up
