The ability does not fire if the projectile travel time is longer than the skills applied buff. This is more prevalent on lightning and inferno light attacks. Does not seem to effect resto or ice light attacks as the travel time is quicker.

Yup it’s knackered . Takes 1.5 seconds plus to cast the damn thing, meaning you’ve got 0.5 seconds to get off a LA - assuming no lag!

The trick is to cast the skill after the light attack.
