We never received official confirmation that yesterday's login issues have been resolved - the last communication by @ZOS_SarahHecker was "Hey all, we see your reports and we are investigating again."
Also, the Bethesda twitter last update says that there are ongoing issues: https://twitter.com/bethesdasupport?lang=en
