Event tokens

What I really don't like about the way event tokens have been set up is that if you are already maxed out there is no warning you are maxed out and you can lose tokens you collect.

There should either be no max on the tokens or there should be a warning that you have reached maximum.

I know that the responsibility is ours to monitor this but there are times in the heat of the moment or when one is tired that we can forget this.

We are only human and can make mistakes.

It would go a long way to restoring some confidence and customer satisfaction if ZOS did this.

But if they did that, less people would make mistakes and maybe buy event tickets for crowns to fix their mistake so they could buy limited time - buy now, maybe gone forever- items.

Maybe my glasses are a deep shade of jade, but I don't think confidence or customer satisfaction has anything to do with it.

Customer satisfaction has nothing to do with it how things stand at the moment.

But if they changed the tokens so there is no max or gave the message that you were maxed on tokens it would make people happier therefore more customer satisfaction.

Working in casinos as a customer service rep worked out many things that would please the customer and the best reactions were those that were not at any cost for the customer and where not asked for by the customer (if a customer requests something of a product/service it usually means there is something that can be improved).

Surprising customers is a really good tool.

Some of us are probably close to EvE style playing (spreadsheets online), with lists of when and what to buy

As others have pointed out in other threads (we seem to have one of these a day now)... If you "lose" tickets, you have made a conscientious choice to not spend tickets for at least 3 consecutive days

The day you went from 8 to 10 tickets, could have bought a berry/feather/page

The day you went from 10 to 12 tickets, could have bought a berry/feather/page

The day you were at 12 tickets (before eating the cake), could have bought a berry/feather/page

I struggle to feel remorse for somebody who had 3 separate opportunities to make sure a "situation" didn't arise, and failed to take advantage of it. It's not a one time mistake.

Yes, because the 12/12 max existed from the beginning. There've been lots of events & lots of "lost tickets", long before there was an option to buy any for crowns.

The 12/12 is meant to get people participating in as many events as possible (since you can't just farm up 20-30 from earlier events and then use them for a later "limited time" purchase). Of course, that was more clear during the other seasons, when there was one item to buy with each event, and 10-20 tickets in each event. Rather than this endless 5-week anniversary with assorted stuff popping in & out of the Impresario each week.

The current phase of this event is the first time I've gotten a bit frustrated with the low limit on ticket storage. While it was just feathers and berries, I could plan just fine. Right now, though, since we have the style pages as well, and since those are rng drops, planning is more difficult. The Sai pages have been slow for me (18 pledges, 1 page). With no limit or a higher one, I could save tickets till the end of week 5 and spend on style pages I didn't get or feathers if I got all via boxes. As it is, I had to make a decision today to either buy a feather that can only be bought via tickets, but that will be available later in the year, or 2 pages that I might get Thursday or soon after anyways. (I went for the feather).

Players “conveniently forget” that the ticket cap is there to encourage participation in the Events ... not just some arbitrary limit.

I ALWAYS check ticket balance before eating cake. I learned this the hard way, like some of us have, by missing out on tickets because 12/12. Take a few seconds and check your ticket balance.

I think that the current low cap could be justified in 4Q 2018 and the start of 2019,when there weren't a lot of things to spend tickets on. The way things have been for the Jubilee event, with a lot of stuff for sale for tickets, I would think that trying to earn tickets would drive participation in and of itself.

I think it wouldn't hurt us or ZOS if they would allow us to have either infinite space or a warning/blockade on new tickets if we already reached max, last week I was tired at some point and simply forgot to to check if I had max already and tbh I think I didn't took tickets for like 2 days as a result. Not much loss for me as I had already all Abnur Tharn pieces + new berry but if it would be this poor drop rate Sai Sahan week I would get mad.

So to sum it up, I would love to see some kind of warning or removal of max ammount of event tickets. I could even agree that extra tickets would be removed afetr each event if we had no limit on them.
