I have created a NA char back to help when we got the nice home and playing once in a while on the NA server, hitting level 50 soon . Only a pity that the ESO+ craft back and gold is not shared server wide, I have tons of mat on the EU server, more scarcely on the NA.

My comment to the DLC's, they are accountwide, at least for me, I have everything on both servers.

In terms of your stuff, what i learnt on Xbox was anything you bought in game, is that region only.

Anything you bought outside the game - that's on both. So pre order mounts etc. Via a code or website purchase.

Interesting. I did the console port to xbox back when it was available but wound up just staying on PC. Does that mean I have morrowind and Summerset on xbox also?

Most players in my guild from EU playing on NA server seem to have about 50-100 ms difference in ping. The biggest impact seems to be in massive battles in Cyro (but who doesn't?). Other then that I never hear them complain about latency.

There should be a long and lengthy quest where you have to travel by foot for days and fight glorious battles and when done your character can be transferred from EU to NA servers.

By the way, on NA server I currently have all collections from Summerset Upgrade (Fire Senche, Bedlam Costume, Maps, Crates) but not from Morrowind (Dwarven Spider,Horse Warden costume), LOL, WHY? What's the difference. I don't need that senche but I want my Warden costume.
Also, why no mounts purchased in crown store are there? It's "account bound".

Sadly only crown and earned rewards are shared. everything else not. what you have on eu, wont have on na.

So I know this. Even the mounts are "Crown" Guar, Dwarven Spider. But the main question is not about them even, but why do I have Summerset collections but not Morrowind's ? Makes no sense.

If I had to guess: You bought the Summerset Collector's Edition box (or from the ZOS storefront), but picked up the Morrowind CE upgrade in the crown store at a later date. (Even if you bought Morrowind as a chapter.)

Two years ago we went through the same thing on NA with DDoS.

My EU character is "NA Is Down Again".

Good luck... I live in Central Europe and my ping on EU is usually ~75. On NA it’s ~300.
