Bad ping performance since yesterday, especially in raids.

I'm experiencing recently high ping spikes until the point where I'm getting kicked out from servers, playing from EU.
After investigating to which ESO servers I am connected to [159.100.232.107 and 159.100.232.135] by checking the resource monitor of a windows machine I started to trace my route with WinMTR (https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/). On both IP addresses I got 1 server each, which causes package loss above 80%.
This first scan of 159.100.232.107 resulted a package loss on this host: 4.69.163.82.
The second scan of 59.100.232.135 resulted a package loss on this host: ae-2-3202.ear2.Frankfurt1.Level3.net

Where did I experienced the lag?
In open world pretty much nowhere but when my group and I started a raid, it started to spike up to 160ms until the game completely froze and kicked me out.
I disabled almost every addon but the ping still remain unchanged.

Since when did you experience the lag issues?
Since yesterday evening.
