During the fight against the Adjudicator (with a Werewolf Stamina DK) While in werewolf form (Pack Leader IV Specifically) when I was put in a cell via Coldharbour Justice and broke out of it, after defeating the adjudicator, the Direwolves Despawned (died) and didn’t respawn even after the allotted ten seconds.
One thing to note is that this issue is only a temporary thing which can be fixed by reverting back to normal and building up Ultimate to transform again in order for the direwolves to respawn as normal after 10 seconds of being defeated.
