Deadly Strike set not buffing Deadly Cloak.

Deadly Strike is increasing the damage numbers on the tooltip for my other physical, bleed, poison, and disease DOTs. It even buffs the tooltip for the axe bleed portion of the Twin Blade and Blunt passive, and the werewolf transformation ultimate. But the Deadly Cloak skill from the Dual Wield tree (Create a ring of floating razors around you, dealing XXXX Physical Damage to all nearby enemies every 3 seconds for 15 seconds) is not affected.
