Stamina dragonknight position in end game pve

What is a positon of stam dk in end game pvpe? Why someone would want stam dk in trial group instead of stamblade? Does that build give any buff for group?

Minor Brutality is our group buff. Except for stamina DK it's very hard to provide (it's nailed to a magicka-only support skill tree, so we have to sacrifice damage and use something like Molten Armaments), while tank provides it effortlessly.

We only profit a lot from the group buffs and debuffs but unfortunatly we dont bring much to the party

we don't do end game pve.

if you see a stamDK in vet DLC dungeon or vet trial, or hard mode, it's because either,
a. the player is delusional in thinking we're doing a contributing to the group
b. the rest of the group pity the player who never get invited otherwise
c. there's simply no one else to fill up the DPS slot

Best Position for both stam and magdk dps is to Change your char to tank, you can tank perfectly fine on a dunmer dk tank^^

Lets be clear for a second though, however. DKs both magic and stam can pull a lot of damage. Enough to clear any trial, hardmode, 4 man dungeon, whatever. The debate about what the bring to the table is frankly meaningless in 4 man as most things can be nuked regardless and score is not a thing. In everything but a min/maxed raid pushing score, they are perfectly viable.

That said, if you define endgame PVE as a 12 man raid that is chasing leaderbords, you will only see a DK behind a sword and board. You dont even need to get into the magic vs stam debate, as neither are viable if the top of the leader board is your goal.

True, we still can hit hard and i never had a group complaining about my performance, its just that we dont provide anything for the group but like i said we profit a lot from your buffs and debuffs - that was OP's question

Their position is reroll to stamden. As it is with PvP.

My DK imperial is above most players DPS (not super try hard endgame getting there). The real problem with the Stam DK is how boring it is. Remember how horrible it was last time SDK was meta? HA dot Ha dot.... Ew. Current meta? Claw claw claw claw dot dot. Nothing is fun on a SDK except the SoM burst. Next patch looks the same. You are either bad breathing all over the place or you are a ballerinaDK.

They don't bring anything or have big d deeps so why play something boring and weaker? Because it's my main

Was mine for a while, too. Switched to stamblade. More fun.
