Who are his people? Where did he come from and why is he so special?

Though the M'aiq in ESO said that his father was called Qia'm, he is unsure of this, as his father was a notorious liar...9

It's confirmed in games that M'aiq names his son M'aiq names his son M'aiq and so on.Xbox One - NA
