I cannot purchase Morrowind Collectors Edition Upgrade

Since this event I have managed to make a fair bit of gold, I've had two friends try to Gift me MWCE Upgrade from the crown store. Both times it reports that I already own it. I do not.

I do own MW, Summerset and even Elsywer, Any race/alliance and every DLC, I own the Imperial edition upgrade. The only upgrade I do not have is MWCE. Yet the game seems to think I do own it (without any of the benefits of actually owning it).

I have put in a ticket, but I got no response. Has anybody else had an issue where the game refused purchase like this? I had contemplated buying it with my own crowns but I don't really need it, it was just something to spend excess gold on at the same time a couple of friends had excess crowns.
