So will we be seeing the same DOT & AOE standards being applied to enemy NPCs? ZOS seems to be opting for less burst heals and damage if a hot/dot/aoe is also applied by an active skill, but will the same be done for enemy NPCs as well as their burst impact(s) for using similar skills? More importantly, will it be applied to enemies and bosses in Dungeons? Trials? Arenas? The implications for applying a new 'standard' can completely change the game, as well as if it is only applied to players.
