During one of the streams on twitch at PAX about a month ago, they stated in regards to how faction locks would work is that, and I'm paraphrasing, "if one character drops campaign to allow a different faction access, that character will lose all AP earned and not earn end of campaign rewards". So ie, you can change factions but suffer a penalty. But the v5.0.0 notes states that, and I'm not paraphrasing, "There is no option to change your locked Alliance until the Campaign duration has elapsed. Multiple in-game notifications have been added to warn you when you’re about to join an Alliance-locked Campaign".
So which is it? Did they forget to add that fine print of the former or did they decide to change the rules to the latter?
