Imperial Stampler?

I’ve got a Kajit Stampler-DW/Bow, Hundings/VO-Dobious Camoran/Blue food depending on content. She’s a bit of a glass cannon though.

Would race changing her to Imperial for the health bonus mess up this build badly?
