Long time ago I saw this house like a shack datamined or showed in a dark place. It only had a one small building and a perimeter wall around it. It really looked like witch/necromancer shack but I can’t find it anymore.

It's quite expensive in crowns, but you can get it with gold if you unlock the event's achievement "An Unsparing Harvest".@Saturnna | PC / EU

It should be available again, it has been since they added it to the game. Here's a link with pricing info and whatnot, and this site is amazing so you might want to bookmark it!
