More Space, Small Fixes

I own The Clockwork Orbservatory Prior.
It's quite large. I find myself struggling with only 350 furnishings allowed being placed? Uhhh, listen Bethesda and ZOS -
I have tremendous ideas to make my home beautiful. Top TEN if anything. Don't you dare hold me back!
That's actually outrageously saddening. I can't even design this place right and it cost me so much.
Also, if we have Bankers or Merchants in our Houses. . . Shouldn't we be able to access Guild Bank and Store? Shouldn't the Merchant be able to offer a repair service like all merchants?
The answer to this is *YES*
LASTLY,
You must allow us to enable other players to utilize the storage and chests in our houses. We have GUILDHOUSING in this game. I would very much like to add chests of gear into my training & armory room for other players to go thru and use. Its also useful for extra space!
