After Keeps changing owner long loading screens almost every time(me and pretty much all my buddies)

See title. After a keep changes owner in Cyrodiil me and pretty much all my buddies i play with land in a 30 second loading screen atm its really bad. Also when respawning at a keep after dying usually half -75% of the groups game freezes up.
Whats going on here ??????? Ill just link a few people i have no idea who is responsible for this @ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_Gilliam

    This happens to me too sometimes on PS4. Once it happened inside the keep when my alliance was taking over the keep, hit a load screen and by the time it ended the enemy alliance had taken back over so I was greeted to a mob of angry guards.
