Unknown Magicka drain?

So, had some strange animation during a parse during the time where the PC EU server is dead quiet and wanted to find out if the abilities were actually trigering and then found these strange 2 double drain instances?
This one Assasins will casted once, then the exact same drain happened a second later and the ability I would have casted then does not appear
In this one, similar to before Twisting path cost was doubled 1 second after the original cast but as Unknown drain, and again no ability cast there which would have been intended
Should also add that I experienced something similar in the parse before that one so I was keeping an eye on my ping. During the time that happened my ping jumped from 230ms-280ms (Exact numbers, remember because round numbers are uncommon)
