What is covered by the following furniture categories, as shown on Faunter's ESO house price list?

I'm well aware of what #1 is, but I'm less clear on what items are counted under the other three categories.

Collectible furnishings are your storage coffers and the furnishings you get as a reward (like the Fan of False-Face, Undaunted trophies and busts, and the subscriber statuettes).
I think special furnishings are your special f/x, like the cobwebs (are they an f/x?) and mists.1 -

That makes sense. Certainly matches what I saw in the guild hall.
