Now that PVErs are in Cyrodiil do you see the server issues? This week is going to be bad, ping isn't stable across all of Tamriel, the ping gods have attacked Tamriel, will you rise up and answer the call, or fall victim and DC?

If they are silly enough to keep subbing with the server this bad and support this corporate behaviour, must silly enough to over look the performance issues aswell.

Yea it seems everyone is only worried about the class changes, nerfs and events and the server issues just go unnoticed for the most part.

No wonder it takes them so long to fix things! Majority of the playerbase doesn't care about server stability and bugs it seems.

I must be one of the few.
I am not concerned about class change, nerfs, and events. My experience with the PC NA server has not been bad at all ( one of the lucky ones, I guess ). The only time my experience is bad is when I first login because Master Merchant is doing its thing.

Speaking of the current 5th anniversary event, I do not PVP at all, or do I group with people. So the next 2 weeks I will be doing other things which is fine with me. I happy that all you need to do is to eat the cake once a day for you 2 event tickets.

CROWN CRATES: It doesn't affect gameplay, it's not mandatory, it's cosmetic only. If it helps to support the game and ZOS, I support it! Say YES to crown crates.

I suspect the majority of the playerbase are just happily playing the game to be honest  !

Sadly the latency issues are always gonna cripple this game's potential especially in PvP.

But lately with the playerbase increasing, even in overland I can feel the lag. While the game is doing better and getting more popular each day, it gets more and more boring for me due to server based latency.

My only escape and last source of fun is doing battlegrounds, which is sadly dominated by premade teams that are full of petsorcs, wardens with ice staffs, or sometimes both. While I can't blame the people for following the meta, its really hindering the fun I get out of this game.

These are definitely sad times to be a PvP player in MMOs.

Yeah this. I think people on the forums forget that we are a small number of people who play this game. Like I remember a lot of screen names on forums and it's all platforms. The cp 600 quester who's been playing for years and spends thier time decorating the 5th house doesn't notice the server lag

with everyone spread around towns /Keeps /dungeons the lag is close to zero even in all the locked campaigns, then you ha e vivec... where the zergballs create extreme spikes of lag when you are close to them

Played on Vivec PC|NA last night, prime time, got put in a queue at 126, saw a bunch of large-scale action with lots of players and at no point did it become unplayable due to lag. In fact, I was even able to score a kill or two while I was there. It was actually all right, far from perfect, but all right.

As a PVPer, where I see the worst issues:
Sudden disconnects when approaching a hotly contested keep battle
    Random load screens
Stuck in combat after a drawn out fight
Rapids not working properly in a large group
Skills being laggy in large group combat

Really aren't the sort of issues I'm likely to see while questing in the Cyrodiil towns.

Lack of options for a world with this feeling, these physics, and decent graphics.
But while other games aren't feeling more inviting, this game is feeling like it's trying to alienate players who would otherwise WANT to stay.

Just because most of the people who play the game don't also come to post on these forums, there are plenty of people who read them, as well as read and post on other social media sites. A lot of them post discontent there, instead, so it would be wrong to draw the erroneous conclusion that low numbers or silence here implies consent.

It would be wrong to conclude that that everyone who doesn't come to these forums are delighted and ecstatic with the game.

Untold numbers of people just silently quit the game without ever coming here at all.
