Discontinue Anniversary Rewards for PvE quests in Cyrodil

Seems like the best solution: it would quiet down all the anti-PvP folks who expect to be able to PvE in a PvP zone, and it also promotes those same people actually trying PvP to get the anniversary boxes. Seriously folks, it's not that bad, just type "LFG" and roll with the zerg (and get some passable pvp gear).

I'm a trash PvPer, but I at least recognize 1) there are infinitely more events and support for PvE in this game, so PvP folks deserve an SINGLE WEEK of a five week event; and 2) if you enter Cyro, you are probably gonna get killed. I don't get the collective outrage over this simple, inherent fact of PvP.

The thing is Zos wants players to play all portions of the game so that if say a pver wants to fish or get sky shards in Cryo they have to do something they are uncomfortable with to earn their goal. And Vice verse for Pvpers who need Undaunted passives and gear from Dungeons and trials a lot of the really good Pvpers have skins and titles from Pve because they are good at both. I was a pver who went to Cryo for Skyshards I got wrecked a lot but my 1rst kill against a higher lvl than me player is what made me stay
