Are there many nightblade pvp builds that are not gank builds?

I_CraftwithPntButter
Note: This is not an anti gank / rant on players who do, because I have played a bow gank build ( the snipe kind many love to hate)

The reason for my question is, I want to change things up and step out of the shadows ( so to speak ), but most build vids i see on you tube are gank builds. I like NightBlades, and always will. Just want to play/try it differently than i have been and need a little help looking for options .

Any input is greatly appreciated :)

They could be out in front brawlers for a while, but the playstyle has been steadily nerfed as such it’s not particularly effective anymore

The non-invis cloak is now less useful than any other HoT in the game. All the self sustain tools are reduced by both Battle Spirit and resistances so they return very little healing. Magblades just lost 8% flat out so the ranged caster playstyle is weaker too.

Stealth ganking on stamblade, or a generic heavy armor bleed-blade are really the final viable options if you plan on PvPing

So in a sense, despite "balance changes" and encouraging players to play as they want. NB have more or less , been pigeonholed into a gank play style . :(

I believe the original intention of the Nightblade was a hit and run style of fighting. If you want to be front line brawlers you'd play a Dragonknight or Templar.

Agreed, Nightblades are suited to hit , run, stealth , but I was curious to see if someone out there plays them a little differently ( in pvp) and if so how.
