Food -destroyed. Fear to escape ball groups? Destroyed. Beserk? Destroyed. Pretty much every single skill we use.
I take it that magblades ripped up a certain class rep's guild in pvp once too often? Rest assured, mageblades will figure out a way back out the this lovely hole you made for us.
Not everyone is going to play the ball group meta -even if you do give them all a monster set that constantly purges every effect off them.

iirc fear will fear up to 6 targets now instead of 2. And food will affect everyone, not just magblades.
I agree on the bersek thing though, magblades should get to keep it.
I main a magblade and definitely not gonna buy Elsweyr till they fix some things.
They nerf other classes while releasing a new one quite OP (assuming the current form goes live) so more people will buy the new chapter? Sorry ZO$, i might be stupid but i'm not that stupid.

Dead to escape? It got buffed up to 6 people and you now get a snare removal via psijic and roots now have a cooldown
Bezerk? Find other ways to acquire damage, like slime craw

Sounds like you’re just a cry baby who’s too much of a noob to grow thumbs and adapt.
This patch has buffed small scale via nerf to snares and roots with more access to snare and root removal&immunity.

I cloak less than people block and alot less than sorcs streak, i will also be removing spectral bow as i will not use mag twice just to get 1 heal in 7m..oh look at that range, guess sorcs are the only ones allowed to be at range

Maybe make frags take 5 la‘s and only work within 7m

The cloak morph was nerfed i suggest you look before posting

magblade is in a bad place and was nerfed. we'll adapt to being in even a worse place but when I do better on magsorc with 1/8th the effort I know that magblade is a fruitless labor of love. will i stop playing magblade? no. but will i do well? also no compared to what i can do on any other spec.

No one uses sap essence in pvp on top of tht it’s not enough to keep you alive in a 1vx or against a good templar dropping a dawnbreaker on you with jabs tht just one example swallow soul heal sht merciless heal useless to anyone who don’t want to get close guess what most magblades especially pve are long range why would you want to get anywhere near a stamplar and ffs don’t be a noob cloak will not save you against jabs hurricane spin2win detect pot these are just few skills these skills tht are meant to counter cloak like camo hunter the changes I ask for are instead of proposed changes I’m melee magblade most tho will use a destruction staff resto cloak is useless unless you can dodge roll a thousand times first magblade can’t just like the other mag classes magblade got have a defensive tool kit

Yeah it's like streak without dark deal would be kinda ***, very resource heavy, but with dd, *** get distance get resource. They have a tool kit.

Cloak now heal you for 700 per second if you have 30k Hp and cost crazy numbers?
Spectral bow? Did you mean that skill that cost 4k magicka, requires 2gcd and 5 light attacks to use? And can be dodged and blocked? And heals you for 33% of damage done? Like about for 1k if it not crit? (hit for 6k for example, it's 2k and minus 50% battle spirit). OK, niiiice

On top of using all those abilities to accomplish what one ability can do for another class.

If the dev’s aim is to balance healing on a class level it’s doomed to fail. You’ll end up with weird results where classes with the least abilities of a certain type become to most powerful - I.e. vigor being one of the best heals in the game.

A class with a limited healing or damage toolkit but powerful ones will be able to load up on passives and utility and dominate in a pvp setting like stamwarden. Abilities need to be balanced against other abilities cross class with iconic abilities left more powerful for class diversity, I.e. cloak, streak, etc...

You can only press one button at a time, if it takes 4 abilities to accomplish what another class can do with one it’s 4x weaker. For example restoration staff abilities, they’re mostly different ways to heal and adding them all to your build doesn’t make you a better healer, it’s not like 4x resto healing skills increases your HPS by 4x compared to someone who only uses one.

Well most DKs think the wings change is a buff, so it’s hard to say how things will play out. Only time will tell, just adapt instead of hanging on to your old playstyle.
