sorry but I really havn't seen any other game which was not only that long maitenacnes but alsop that often to this...others when had longer maintenance than 1-2 hoursa this was maybe just monthly while everything/most things was working properly
n ESO we ahve weakly matienance for 3-5 hours with not very rare additional maitenances for 8+ hours which mostly cause more problmes to extend them for another 4 hours and add additional maitenance to maitencnace...

sorry but this is not normalmto add maitenance to long maitenance before and daily few hours maintenance because of even which have also big chance to be extended

Look.... ALL BIG MMOs get regular maintenance! Relax a little the more upset you are and the faster you write the harder it is to understand your English. It is clearly not your first language so slow down....

was playing for long in gw2 and warframe and you know what? when they was doing maitenance patch we was able to still play in game
they was done with it - we had 15 mins jsut to restart game to update this or after 15 min which jsut get insta kicked from game and then we could isntantly get back into game after downloaded patch instead of waiting few hours with serwers offline

This is based on number of players mate By population ESO is outranking GW2 or Warframe. They both nice games but when I say 'big' I mean the population. And not the overall population but one at any given time

and still those games also are big in population, Im not saying they are bigger than eso but they are big enough to get compare to this as at al there are not that much games with that big playerbase to compare

Warframe has some huge imbalance between frames and despite being amazing game they are fixing things. When they do community often cries like they do here.... If you feel you wasted time look at the in game time you spent and think about how much you could have done in real life Like learn another language or get competencies to get better job. I am not criticizing as I play a fair bit myself. Go and read a little online at least about GW2 or Warframe or WOW or LOL or even Heroes Everytime something changes in game someone will cry, complain and moan Many MMOs but not only (yes I know LOL and Heroes are not) have problems. Some are bigger that is why you get maintenance times others are smaller where patch implementation does not require down-time. Or 'down-time' means switching to alternative server within 15 minutes so players dont notice and then moving back to actual server. Usually people are still discovering the changes to see that the game is slower on backup

Mobile games often go down for hours and as someone mentioned here earlier free stuff is just a 'hook' to keep people and incentivize them to play/pay more

Yesterday downtime I have re-instaled Half-Life 2 and had a blast with it for couple of hours You need to g out a little as you are more addicted than me and that seems bad you can /w me in game later @BZZ86 as I am resigning from replying to you But please be civil

about imbalance it is another topic which you mentioned to warframe and about this warframe also have different rules for this than eso as is different created

before in these other games when I was playing year ago I havn't seen that much crying like in eso and main thing which I was meaning - all these games had much much better performance than eso, their maintenances/patches was well better doing than in eso, there was no that big problems like insane loading screens, not working finder like in eso

difference is as when I was playing those I couldnt notice that big performance problems in eso, now this was 2nd day in row with maitenance and and nothing special got fixed at all

sorry if something was not civil but I have written my observations from other games where many things was much better done than eso whos in eso we can even say this is just feature for insane loading screens in eso, unplayable cyrodil i rush hours etc ane while ZOS is wasting our time to play eso we have nothing from this, barely something fixed if even as I wrote before which is more annyoing me as how it waste my time for this for which I payed working harder in poor country than average american, german etc for whose even for minimal payout there is jsut 1hour of work for eso+

sorry but not everyone are living in the rich countries where 2k crowns ar just pennies, for example I can say if not option to trade gifts for gold I would have big problems to buy anything from crown store as everything is very very overpriced for poorer countries - enough is to just look for crowns-gold ration for NA server and EU server where most poor countries which play in eso are in EU so there is higher gold price per crown - sorry for probably offtopic here but many people have hard to understand not everyone are living in rich countries and have great jobs of their dreams while we can jsut run away from our world while playing in game and forget about this all and just chill in game

I stopped paying months ago and happy with it, complaining just a bit, now I still get what I want without a single penny spent.

Btw when I was younger I was thinking, that because we live in poorer country we have the right to speak for our natives in hope the rich will listen. Then I realised they don't care, never cared, never will. Nobody cares about the poor and only the rich counts. Speaking about it is pointless, waste of time.

But it's not the point too, as the ESO subscription costs probably the same as the monhly fee of a cellular phone, so it's not that expensive even in Poland for an average level Poles...

I wouldn't say that, they did and still do much also for the people who don't pay monthly fee for the game.
They change game for all players.

I stopped playing ESO for some weeks only to give a try with Star Trek Online - that is an example of game which is left intact because Cryptic doesn't really care about players. Game AD2019 is heavily bugged, ground combat clumsy, pvp damaged, single server for entire world, can be annoying as hell. This MMO game probabaly hasn't changed for several years, everything is repeatable, and nobody cares what the player base think. Here with ESO, the ZOS cares a lot with all the changes and updates, and they stay with the community. Not an ideal situation for sure, and still much to do, but it's a way better than STO .
