I bought Crowns for the DLC sale and then a Crown Sale happens a day later!

I bought $39.99 dollars worth of crowns on steam for the DLC sale and then a crown sale starts not even 24 HOURS after I bought the crowns and I have the receipt to prove it. The $39.99 dollars worth of crowns now cost $64.99. I don’t want the money back but I would like to pay the extra $25 dollars for the crowns $65 crowns.

Regular Prices:
$39.99= 5500 Crowns
$99.99= 14000 Crowns

Sales Price:
$27.99= 5500 Crowns
$64.99= 14000 Crowns

If someone could help me it would mean a lot.

Will you also pay full price for the DLCs you bought?
You can't have it both ways, they planned the sale that way on purpose.

@SmashedJames then I recommend putting in an official support ticket with ZOS.
They will probably respond more quickly because it is a crown store issue.

Contact Support and explain the issue to them, exactly like you did here and ask if they can help you.

This is a fan forum for players to discuss the game. Sometimes ZOS's community reps will comment, but they can't authorise something like this, they'd just pass it on to support and it will be quicker to ask them yourself.

ZOS is trading goodwill for short term revenue increases. I hope they at least take care of the people who write a ticket about it
