Is it time to look at Evasion?

Hello!
With Elsweyr it seems like movement speed is getting a small pass( major expedition sources slightly buffed in some cases, a reduction to multiple snares etc.). i thought it may be time to look at medium armor mobility again, especially Evasion, which is currently a bit underwhelming and imho holding medium armor back in pvp.
Here is my suggestion:
Shuffle: Make this morph provide snare immunity 1s/medium armor piece equipped. This would make this ability a rule breaker since it would be 5 seconds baseline versus RATM or FM, but i think medium users could benefit from it heavily.
Elude: Make it provide Major Expedition for the whole duration of the ability.
This would make either choices viable, depending on what sort of playstyle you want to go for.
The high uptime movement speed from Elude would make it easier for medium users to manuever around the battlefield more quickly, without having to constanly burn resources to keep to buff up, at the cost having to use another skill for snare and root removal.
Currently the low uptime on major exp. sources can punish medium users heavily and often it means that we have to build either more tanky with sets or protective jewelry etc, or simply go heavy armor and just be okay with being slow.
While bow builds can keep this buff up pretty well, especially if you dodge roll often enough, but not every class is built for the type of in and out bursty playstyle like stamina nightblades.
For the record this is coming from someone who mains Stamina Templar and Stamina Sorcerer atm, but this chance could help DKs and Wardens as well to try medium armor over heavy.

Blade cloak cost over 3k stam on a medium armor build and lasts for 4 seconds, also currently broken and doesnt provide major expedition when you also have another source of major evasion like shuffle.
My whole point is for elude to provide a long expedition buff, so we dont have to burn through our stamina constantly.0 -
