is there any way that I can block all whispers?

I don't wanna get any msgs from BG users.

I know I can uncheck <tell> option. so I can't see whispers.

but I also want that they notice I don't accept their msgs.

Not sure what is BG user, but you can do that by checking offline statue in your guild or friend screen, then ppl can't whisper you

You can set yourself to offline mode. Those sending the whispers will have their messages simply not go through. They will know you can't read them.
