Tzogvin worthwhile in pvp builds iyo?

Just curious if anyone is implementing these in pvp builds and recommending the set? I'm gathering a set for PvE, but considering it for pvp as well.

I see that as an intersting set. Not something I'd want to farm out personally. I think the gryphon's set is better, and boe. Gryphon's gives you the minor force as soon as you deal direct damage and provides movement speed. I personally don't know of any builds that recommend this. Seems like a very niche set

It's a pretty good set for the right class/build IMO. Would go well on a stamplar or some other build that could build up stacks really quickly, assuming there's no internal cooldown on how fast you can get stacks. It's definitely more stat dense than Gryphon's but you would need to be able to build stacks fast.

If you build for it, why not? Be a Khajit, run Shadow mundus, etc etc.
