Hi, first of all I want to say that I love this game, it is immersive and fun to play (most of the times). I really appreciate that Bethesda and ZOS had created this game, it is the best MMO in my opinion, even with all the glitches and problems it have, because I know it is not easy to maintain a huge game like this.
So this is the glitch that is very frustrating and somehow blocks some skill mechanics, unless you block it or dodge or weapon swap to avoid, after it happens, cause iI dont know how to avoid it another way.
Here is a vídeo showing it happening twice in just 2 minutes:
You can see this glitch twice, the first time I used block to cancel it (I'm very used to do this already), the second time at 2:00 it is clearly visible.
I play on a high-end computer, only the vídeo that is on low quality so I could upload it faster.
I tested this with and without add-ons, the same problem happens on both cases, sometimes the heavy attack get stuck like this, and sometimes it just procs by itself.
