For the love of Talos ZOS, do something about the abilities suffering from this in Cyrodiil. It's rage inducing.

Try to port to your Shade? "Invalid Location"
Try to Streak? "Invalid Location"
Try to Dragon Leap? "Invalid Location"

It happens in low-pop, no-lag hours as well. So let's not try to use the game's (horrible) latency as a cop out here.

It's been going on for over a year. Sort it.

Mostly i find it reall annoying with Streak. Invalid location but still spend magicka and count towards the cost increase....
