With 4 people, people will always be looking for ways to run 3dps and one tank, because 2-3dps is a significant jump in damage dealt. Look at PS4NA, their only unchained clear is with 2 stamblades, a stam warden, and a tank, no healer. With a 6 person trial/arena, going from 4-5dps is a significantly lower increase (proportionally) in dps, so groups will have less reason to not have a healer, as well, more people will benefit from the healer's buffs and debuffs, and will be able to play more aggressively. a 6 person arena/trial would truly be one where healers are brought! although, that's not to say top and bottom bosses of vhrc are done without healers sometimes, but food for thought.
