Exclusive FullScreen ? How to open it ?

Since the last patches done to the game now game doesn't run in exclusive fulscreen does anyone know the values to change in UserSettings.txt to open it again ?
SET PreferMaximizedWindow "0"
SET PreferExclusiveFullscreen "0"
SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "2"
Setting it to 1-2-3 does not seem to do the trick for somereason.
