Healing ward ability morph effect is being removed before its heal=no healing is being done

Hello,
The Restoration staff's healing ward ability morph effect is being removed before its heal and thus the player using this ability is not being healed.
This happens sometimes but not always.
I noticed this happens more often when the latency is higher than normal(200-250 or more).
This is not intended.
Note: I noticed this bug when playing Sorcerer in duels and in Cyrodiil.

✭✭✭✭✭I've always hated that the big heal in resto line is a shield which while doing its job, is taking damage and getting to be a weaker heal. Wish it worked more like rally to.ehere the heal is just more based on duration but had a base heal you will get at a minimum0 -
