UI bug in combat while in que for BG's.

You can solo que for BG's while in Cyrodiil, unfortunately you can also get a stupid bug when the que pops but you are in combat. At least that is what I think the issue is, it only happens when I'm waiting in que for BG's. This video was of it happening while I was in Cyrodiil fighting at a resource:
